The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order otherwise the return will not be honored. Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

Once your return to Taki Watches is received, reviewed and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically issued to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to be applied and posted to your account.  Taki Watches does not refund original shipping charges, return shipping charges or accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Gifts With Purchase – Free or discounted items shipped as promotional gift with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in the original condition as described in the Standard Return Policy. The retail value of a gift with purchase not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact a Customer Specialist no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a Customer Specialist the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.

Holiday Purchases – If an item is purchased for the holiday season in November/December, we will accept product within 60 days of purchase. Goods must be in original condition in packaging with tags attached.

We accept returns for orders only.  Purchases made from other online retailers or from local stores must be returned to the original point of purchase.
