Battery Replacement
Taki Watches are constructed with high quality Japanese movements and stainless steel backs. A jeweler’s tool is required to safely take the back off the watch and replace the battery within the movement. We recommend that you bring your Taki Watch to a Jeweler who will replace your battery for a nominal fee. We do not replace watch batteries.
Band Replacement
Our bands are manufactured using genuine cowhide leather, while some styles are textured lizard skin. We carry a limited supply of replacement bands. Please call us at 763-432-9960 so we can help find a new band for you.
Pin Replacement
Please call us at 763-432-9960 for replacement pins.
Watch Crystals
Taki Watches are manufactured with hardened, scratch resistant crystal faces. However, we all know that accidents happen, so if you damage your crystal face Taki will replace your crystal for $45.00 (prices for international shipping may vary). Simply call our customer service line at 763-432-9960 to ensure we have your watch crystal in stock. Then return your watch to us for repair. Repairs are typically processed and completed within 2 days of receiving the damaged watch.
Are Taki Watches Water-Resistant?
Yes. Taki Watches are water-resistant and are designed to withstand accidental splashes of water only. Do not submerge Taki Watches. Submerging voids the Taki Watch warranty. It is not recommended to shower with your Taki Watch on.
Do you offer a Wholesale Program?

What are the size of your watch bands?
The size of the band is indicated on the product detail page for the specific watch being viewed.
How do you ship your watches?
Our watches are shipped Priority Mail using USPS. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days and usually reach our customers within 2-5 days.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Terms are available for qualified wholesale customers.
Is the TakiWatches.com website secure?
Yes, we use state-of-the-art data encryption technology to protect our customer’s information. Secure Socket Layers (SSLs) encrypt the data sent between your computer and our database. In addition, we use internet fraud screening to protect credit card transactions.

Does Taki Watches price match?
Yes, we do match the price within 14-days of purchase.   The following limitations apply:
  • Item must be identical (size, color and model number).
  • Price must be listed and valid at time of request.
  • One price match per identical item.
Exclusions:
  • Prices from, or on behalf of Marketplace and third-party sellers
  • Items marked as clearance, close out or liquidation.
  • Prices shown Thanksgiving Day through Cyber week.
  • Pricing due to typographical errors.
  • Shipping/delivery charge will not be included in the price comparison.
  • “Free Gift with Purchase” offers.
